Pioneers in DATA segment, TATA photon plus today announced extra 4 GB data benefit with FRC 350. As per the product construct, FRC 350 will give an upfront data benefit of 10GB, now with this revision, customer will get a benefit of 14GB, but this 4 GB will get credited to the customer account along with next 4 recharges.

they don't give 10GB + 4GB extra
they only give 1.5GB
I have raised 3 complains to TATA photon customer care and 3 complains to the TATA photon retailer and all are rude and useless they send me back and forth
Tata Docomo is one of the best service provider of Indian telecom market.According to me still 3G services are very costly in India in comparison to 2G services.So,people still opt to use 2G services because of heavy charges.

ReplyDeleteI am using tataphoton from last 1 year good service, this is just 3stars out of 5stars because sometime its networks get disconnect at that time you have to stop your all work and restart your all connection setup and connect... that is really disappoint about tataphoton... customer service good. i have made 2 complained and both complained resolved within 24-48 hours... in that billing issue too and network issue in my complain
