Responsible for direct Sales vertical carrying out Direct Marketing and Sales Activities, so as to develop and maintain Sales of Pospaid products and services in Srinagar.

Responsible for direct Sales vertical carrying out Direct Marketing and Sales Activities, so as to develop and maintain Sales of Pospaid products and services in Srinagar.
• Achievement of AOP:- Gross Acquisition
• Achievement of AOP:- Net Acquisition
• CMS/ RMS, UAO, URO, ETT
• Revenue
• To make sure proper utilization of LRS & LUT.
• Achievement of VAS targets (I.e. 15% of total Revenue).
• Indentify and develop new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers for business prospectus.
• Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
• Utilize public information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
• Identify and network with channel partners, develop the distribution channel, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
• Business Through Alternative thinking
• Engagement Programs
• Build and sustain healthy relations with trades and channel partners to ensure repeat / referral business.
• Good market knowledge including competition and proper check on RMS/CMS.
• To fulfill training requirement of team members.
• To design the stress busters for team members.
• To check the product awareness among all the team members and to cascade the things down the line.
Expertice required:
1. MBA.
2. Loal candidate.
3. Should know kashmiri.
4. Should be from telecom background.
5. Work exp. in postpaid sales.
