With 33.99 Cr. subscribers Kerala circle reached to 101.8% mobile penetration. 101.8% penetration doesn't mean that all keralites are using mobile connections. Its mainly because of multiple connections owned by subscribers as well as the various subscriber addition criterias used by telecom operators. As per the latest VLR percentage published by TRAI 73.3% out of these 33.99 are active.
