TATA Docomo has come up with Always Plus Portfolio for all existing and new customers


TATA Docomo, the operator came up with many of the new initiatives including the seconds billing has come up with a new Idea of "Always Plus".

This is a new corporate philosophy which means -

1. Always plus on products (launch superior products compared to competition)
2. Always plus for Consumer (customer satisfaction)
3. Always plus for Retailers (The Trade)
4. Always plus on Service (offer superior and uninterruptable service to customers)

Company is going to launch many products considering the above mantras and by that way make TATA docomo the most customer preferred brand in India. This is not only for new customers but covers all existing customers under the brand TATA Docomo.

Considering the recent acquisition policy by TRAI, the acquisition process has become more tougher and customers became more selective, but the quality of acquisition has improved as per the latest reports by operator. So it is high time for the operators to launch customer centric plans and offer more to grab more.
