VAS Statement : Another industry first service from TATA Docomo


TATA Docomo today announced the launch of it's VAS statement service for all customers across the country. This service will give more reliability to customers especially in postpaid platform. This service will allow customers to download the statement of VAS services, their particulars and charges for the last 7 days.

For getting the statement customer has to send "VAS" to 121 and from the reply message customer can choose various services like

1. Start service
2. Stop service
3. List of active services
4. VAS statement of last 7 days.

From the list of services customer can select his choice and reply the order number in order to get the service. For VAS statements customer has to reply 4 and from there he can choose a mini or detailed statement based on his preference.

This service is absolutely free for all TATA Docomo customers.
