Dual bank telecom operator Tata Docomo is facing a network problem in South Circles. Customers are unable to receive calls as well as to make outgoing calls. Anyways there CDMA sector is not affected. Network outage started at 6:30 PM and it still continues. This outage will affect lots of their customers as this problem happened during the peak hours.
Data connection was also down for sometime but later its got rectified. Normally these kind of outages never happen to operators as they have already equipped with lots of preventive mechanisms that will arrest these kind of issues as and when it arises. Similar kind of outage has happed with Airtel and BSNL some time back.
